Personal experience, two years ago i visited a family who owned 2 pitbulls, I accidentally without meaning to stepped on one of the dogs tail, without any warning that one pitbull started brutally attacking everyone. But the owner fought back and punched it like 10 times until it calmed down, and then they were forced outside in the yard. I think they are a lot more dangerous than other dogs.
