Am I the only one? Keep feeling the veil getting thinner- past lives WW1

I'm just "normal" portly, white , redneck, gun-toting Texan. Never been in any combat. All of the sudden (in the last year or so), I have intense feelings about movies and songs about Galipoli, World War 1 in general, and B-17s over Europe in WW2.


I do read a lot of books about WW2,but not so much about WW1.

So WTF is going on with me, GLP?

The song below has been in my head for almost a year. I had limited knowledge of Galipoli before, barring the movie in the 80s, but now is in my head every morning. It's strongly personal now.

I feel it deep in my soul.

I feel like something (WW1) is here, and I can't do a fucking thing about it. Like a giant wave is pulling me toward something horrible.
