User ID: 81073323 Estonia 12/26/2021 08:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "legally distinct". That should make people's antennas perk up. For instance. Ford vs Mercury. A Ford Fusion is a Mercury Milan essentially. They are the same car. But they are "legally" distinct. Why does this matter? Well let's say you drive a Ford Fusion and live in a certain zip code and your neighbor drives the Mercury, he's right next door. Your vehicle and his could be same color, cost the same price, both of you with the same driving record, same age, but your insurance with the same company is MORE? How could that be? So you call up your insurance company and ask "hey, my neighbor drives the mercury version of my car, same everything, but I'm paying twice the rate!" And they say "Well yes, we understand mr customer, but in your zip code Fords are more commonly in accidents than mercury's, so we give you a higher risk rate." LEGALLY DISTINCT. Note: This is a very elementary analogy but it delivers the point. "legally distinct" essentially means two very different legal outcomes and paradigms applying to two things essentially "the same". The entire reason for the "legal distinction" is two fold. To have the headlines of "FDA approval" (which what is available in the US is not!), and also to protect Pharma. (OP) User ID: 10945149 United States 12/26/2021 08:07 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Comirnaty Is Not Fully Licensed This confusion is clearly intentional. On the one hand, the FDA claims Comirnaty is interchangeable with the Pfizer shot, yet it’s also legally distinct. Courts have had to weigh in on the matter, and a federal judge recently rejected the DoD claim that the two shots are interchangeable. They’re not interchangeable. That means Comirnaty vaccine is still EUA. It doesn’t have full approval and it’s not on the market. |

Over the intercom was an advertisement for people to get the Comirnaty Covid vaccine. Surprised me as I thought it was unavailable in US. I wonder if the vial boxes actually have Comirnaty on them. Anonymous Coward User ID: 81648752 United Kingdom 12/26/2021 11:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Very good article with answers to several questions Quoting: scioto With regard to Comirnaty, is it or is it not fully approved and licensed? The answer is more complex than a simple yes or no. Mayer explains: “Comirnaty’s quasi approval is just for BioNTech. It doesn’t have to do with Pfizer, and this is why I’m doing this presentation because I’m going to explain what’s going on with that. This is the race to get liability protection. Remember, that’s the other stranglehold that they want. They really want to get this liability protection. Once the COVID shots are fully approved, the manufacturer has full liability. There’s all this confusion about Comirnaty. Was it fully approved? Is it on the market? Is it interchangeable with the Pfizer shot? And does it make the COVID shot mandate legal? It’s all the same answer. No, no, no, no. The FDA issued an intentionally confusing biological license application approval for Comirnaty. It was an unprecedented approval to both license the Comirnaty shot, saying it’s ‘interchangeable’ with the Pfizer shot. But they also said it’s ‘legally distinct.’ In that same approval, they retain the vaccine’s liability shield by designating it EUA as well. They want it to be fully approved, but they want the liability protection, so they did this BS dual approval. So, [Comirnaty] is licensed to be manufactured, introduced into state commerce and marketed, but it’s not licensed to be given to anyone, and it’s not available in the United States. It’s available in the U.K., New Zealand and other places, but it is not available in the United States because they’re really scared of liability. Now, are you ready for this one? The BLA actually states that Comirnaty is only ‘ready for approval.’5 It doesn’t say it’s approved anywhere in the document. And they buried this language in a pediatric section to confuse people even more. Here’s what they said; ‘We’re deferring submission of your pediatric studies for ages younger than 16. For this application, because this product is ready for approval for use in individuals 16 years of age and older, as pediatric studies for younger ages have not been completed.’ Why did they do this? Sixteen is a very important number. You would think the age break would be 18. That’s a very typical age break for everything else that we do in this country. Why 16? This is the crap they have given to the high school age kids in the UK (12-17)........THE UTTER CUNTS |

But, there hasn’t been much follow up other than the so-called approved vax only being in another country. Also the trickery involved. I’d like to see if anybody else on here has heard of any such advertising in US pharmacies and such. "Be like water my friend”- Bruce Lee |

Because Comirnaty does not have the legal protection that the Pfizer BioNtech jab enjoys. So they do a “bait and switch”. They tell you it’s FDA approved and then inject you with the one that isn’t. So many stupid monkeys. Do you see now why the heard must be thinned? I ordered the destruction of mankind, why are you still here? |

Quoting: Texas Best Anti-Faucist It’s a big false game to even say it got approval. I think, not sure though, they cannot use it due to EU. Anyone know? In fact it will NEVER be available. It's a con game they're playing, they tell you it's the same as the one available to trick you to can get jabbed immediately with a 'proved product'. Then when you croak you can't sue them because you weren't jabbed with a legally proved product. 'Equivalent' doesn't count. Ze plan workz beautifully. |

Quoting: Texas Best Anti-Faucist It’s a big false game to even say it got approval. I think, not sure though, they cannot use it due to EU. Anyone know? This is correct. There's just a little bit of confusion (by design) on this. The Comirnaty is the legally distinct, FDA approved injection. The pfizer biontech shot is still EUA. What is being foisted upon US troops is the pfizer shot (not Comirnaty which is not even in production in the US). It's a shell game. |
