How low in intelligence is a species who uses is basic knowledge of the nature of reality to build nuclear bombs that can destroy its home planet, and create a civilization bound by limiting conglomerations call national states who than impose borders, boundaries to its inhabitants to restrict the freedom of movement in its tiny planet ...
