You have to go to the tractor supply store and ask for it. At least that is what they are doing in stores around here.

Can't find the pig/cattle injectable liquid either. I was looking for some and couldn't find any. A friend was like you're not going to inject that are you, I'm like, no, use the syringe to withdraw the dosage you need and put it in a shot glass and drink.

Yeah, none available in the farm/feed stores out here either, i.e. Tractor Supply, Farm & Field, Field & Sports, Brothers, what used to be Big R...nothing. If you don't buy it online, you're not getting it. And we are smack dab in the middle of rural land with cattle/horses/pigs everywhere...no ivermectin to be had.

I guess big pharma doesn't want their experiment screwed up with its test subjects taking IVM is all I can figure.

That's not just ivermectin - there's another ingredient, too. Don't know about that and human consumption.

animal meds are much safer than human meds (for humans..)

animal meds have to be made to not cause ADR over a broad range of species, so they are inherently safer and simpler drugs

The Cattle injectable can be used ORALLY.
But don't use it all up - I actually need some for my cattle this spring...

Just checked.. Valley Vet (online company) has noromectin in 500ml and 1000ml bottles. Yes the prices are inflated over when I bought-- but isn't everything.

I bought 6 tubes when they were cheep. Had to use one recently and it cured in a day what could have been a nasty cold.

I have heard warnings to be careful of the bovine and(especially!) the porcine versions because they contain extra ingredients that are harmful to people.

I do have a couple tubes put back but was hoping to get a couple more. It's a must have in my household. I get sick a lot and the crud is hitting my state hard right now.

I suppose the days of getting it easily and cheaply are over.

Any heart worm pill is ivermectin and pyrantal both are safe for human consumption. I beat COVID with a small dosage of ivermectin. Took the pill 2 days in a row . By the 3rd day I was feeling fine . Took a little longer to get my smell back . Steroidal anti inflammatory drugs should help with the sense of smell symptoms.

Can anyone point me someplace that discusses dosage amounts?

If you get sick a lot you should get your vitamin D levels checked. I bet they are low.
