NFL players provide an interesting vaccine effectiveness review.

NFL has 32 teams and 53 players per team, 1696 total players.

This week there are 303 players have tested positive for Covid-19.

Let's subtract 5% from 303 players currently sick with Covid, so we can account for the 5% unvaccinated players.

288 players vaccinated that have tested positive with Covid-19 this week.

Also deduct 5% from 1696 total players, in order to account for total unvaccinated players.

So 288/1611 players have Covid-19 this week.

18% of vaccinated NFL players have Covid-19 this week. These are young, healthy, physically superior adults contracting Covid-19.


What chance does the vaccinated common folk have against the disease? Would the real question be what chance does the common folk have against the vax?
