Unless they go full retard. Divert power to towers and boosters, that has to be a lot, think microwave oven times a few million. Is the electricity for these towers coming off the grid. That's a lot of power. Where are they storing this power? Their not, you can't store that much power. Not enough batteries on the earth to do that. So they will have a whole microwave weapons system up and running whilst we scramble like roaches in the dark. They will be able to see in the dark I'm sure.
