"and god SAID - let there be ____" (fill in the blanks) he projected his desired intent conveyed by words that have specific tones when spoken -into our environment - to manifest/create

it also gave us a common Language - the awareness of how colors effect our environment --- how Music effects us - and how Numbers can be used ... how they can all be "toned"/spoken out loud to change our Reality --- which allows us to create our OWN reality
