I went for a two mile walk and the expression of using my lungs made me cough it all up, I started to get better after that. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79115596 United States 12/31/2021 04:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OK, so most of you guys already know about Benadryl Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81652274 [link to m.ufhealth.org (secure)] [link to ufhealth.org (secure)] It is said to work through binding to SIGMA RECEPTOR and disrupting viral replication. Only 3 antihistamines have this antiviral property. Now, a lot of you also heard about Fluvoxamine: [link to www.wsj.com (secure)] It has been found to greatly reduce deaths and hospitalizations. It seems to work even better than Benadryl Now, it also works through SIGMA RECEPTOR! But Benadryl is sigma receptor antagonist and Fluvoxamine is sigma agonist, but the most important part is that it binds to Sigma receptors, thus not allowing the virus to use them. Here in this paper the authors speculate that Sigma agonists are preferred to sigma antagonists for the treatment of Covid for several reasons: [link to www.bjanaesthesia.org.uk (secure)] Now, the STRONGEST SIGMA AGONIST is an antidepressant called OPIPRAMOLE. When Fluvoxamine has affinity of 36 Ki, Opipramole has an estimated affinity between 0.2 and 50, and the lower the number the better. Thus it is the most potent Sigma agonist known to man. It's an old drug, not so popular nowadays. What's good about it is that it has lower side-effect profile than SSRI's like Fluvoxamine, which can wreak havoc on your brain. Opipramole is very mild, that's why it is not so popular, because it is a weak antidpressant. But in this case it is very favourable, because we don't need any additional side effects. So, by all scientific evidence, Opipramole should be the ultimate anti-Covid drug available, may be the best there is. If you can get your hands on it, get it along with your standard protocol of IVM, Zinc, Quercetin etc. It could save your life! Good luck! https://twitter.com/_/status/1450875434644611076 |

I wasn't able to found it's specific receptor affinity profile, so I doubt that it binds to Sigma receptors with any comparable strength. It might have other properties, but for THIS SPECIFIC mechanism of action, it doesn't seem to. IDKFA |

My entire family got sick with this, and we don't even live together. I chose to use nasal irrigations. Doing this, and blowing my nose directly into a sink (gross I know) helped to clear this crap out. My body position over the sink with head down, helped to evacuate my nasal cavity. I felt clear, though when blowing hard gunk would come out. I am almost over this. I have also been taking Mercola vitamin pack for covid and medicore. Both have been great. My husband has been sick, bedridden, vomiting, weak, and lost 35 pounds. He just started Mercola's regiment and medicore. It has helped tremendously. He is now on the upswing. But they are right, that have stated that coughing isn't really stimulated. YOU NEED TO COUGH TO GET THIS STUFF RELEASED. It is very sticky and clogs up everything. My daughter and son-in-law have stayed with high doses of vitamin c,with d, zinc, and selenium. They are doing well. Baby in house has been around all of us with close contact and not had an inkling of being sick in any way. One daughter with no symptoms, just got kicked off college trip due to testing positive. What a crazy world. Stay safe everyone. Take this seriously! |

Prescriptions seem to be the gatekeeper here. Nobody would be snorting horsepaste if we could just get the pills easily (at least in US). Quoting: pish I hear running pills from mexico is quite the moneymaker these days. This is a good question, Lucky for me I've been buying "forbidden" medicines long before Covid pandemic, so I already had connections, Look for friendly doctors in your area, online pharmacies on the web (always check reviews!), shady doctors, smugglers who get it from abroad, etc You can get pretty much every generic drug from online pharmacies based in India, but the tricky part might be getting it through the border. I don't about specific laws in the US. It's also important how it works in practice. It could be theoretically illegal, but you could still get it if they don't have the manpower to check all international packages. IDKFA |
