Very early in my career many years ago, I consulted for a company that would aggregate data for other companies. One of the studies that I was involved with showed very conclusively that topical caffeine worked as well as Minoxidil for male pattern baldness hair loss. I don't know why it took so many years for that info to start being more well known, but I see that these days some products are starting to incorporate it.
