There are probably mineral rights on that land. When you buy in colorado, you sign away the mineral rights on the small area of land your home is built on. This means you don’t own any minerals or gas found deep underneath. They can access the land for drilling if they wish.

Have to agree with this one. When we had the fires here in Aus the damage looked nothing like this. There were no leaves left on any trees and alot of the structure of houses remained. -Not all of them, but the werent all uniformally flattened like the these, which for the most part look like the 911 rubble.
