GLP sick room, all welcome. mine was slow going until I added nattokinase to the regimen and doubled the zinc to 30 mg twice a day with 500 mg quercetin, I took them with lunch and dinner, big meals otherwise the zinc makes me nauseous after just two days of that I finally feel like I broke free, the lightheadedness is gone, now I’m just tired but it’s on its way out I was taking the other usual suspects, C, D, ginger lemon tea, oil of oregano, and other performance enhancing supps Forgive your enemies, it messes with their heads. Thoughts create, mind them well. |
