My gf was on birth control for some time to try control her PCOS symptoms then she got off it. Her period hasnt come back in 5 months, but it could have been was that she was vaxxed but Ive heard other problems with birth control pill usage.

There are other safer options like anal, pulling out, condoms, etc...
