I was under a lot of stress(finishing law school and studying for bar exam), which is why I even entertained the thought. I tried meditation, ashwaganda, homeopathy, and working out. Nothing helped except for time. I am normally a calm and collected person, and able to deal with stress. I am also a veteran and have been under a lot more stress without going through any of these issues in the past. It was not something that came and went, it was a constant inability to breath, and chest pains, but my EKG and blood tests came back normal.
