I didn't view the video because my browser won't play it but the original research I ran across was from a group called La Puenta Columna in Spain. There is a Dr. Delgado and others there who are examining the ingredients in the so-called vaccines and they have microscope video of something similar. They say they are witnessing the formation of electronics before their eyes as the vaccine is warmed up. How can this possibly be? The answer is graphene oxide.

Graphene Oxide is considered a newly discovered wonder material. In material science, as a discipline, there can be fantastic changes in civilization brought about as a result of a new material. Think "Bronze Age" or "Iron Age". Or think Silicon Valley... with emphasis on silicon. Similarly we now see "graphene" as a material that is being explored for many applications to strenthen existing material. It was discovered only in 2015 that an oxide version of graphene acts as a superconductor.

The lab I cited above is in Spanish but there is an English translator who republished their work at Orwell.city and new articles are posted almost daily. The posters in this thread who dismiss this direction of thought are not fully informed of the seriousness of the situation and the level of technology involved. All I can do at this point is verify that the direction of this thought is correct.

It might be but, to me, at least, it really looks like a piece of glass with some remaining liquid and air bubbles trapped underneath it.

He did say this was found after the liquid was allowed to evaporate. A tiny glass fragment would trap liquids below it in this way.
