Dr avoiding me

I’ve got an autoimmune disease that I’ve had for over a decade and now I’m due for my treatment, however my neurologist and I have argued the past three appointments over the jab and my refusal of it. Now I should be due for my infusion but they haven’t contacted me or set up my annual Mri. I’m assuming they’re just going to avoid me and by doing that I believe that they’re discriminating against me. Refusing service. I’m done with the medical mafia and drugs but can or should I get a lawyer?
