My daughter developed an eye condition when she was 2 years old where her eye turned in like that. She had 20/20 vision though. Glasses fully corrected it after several years, thankfully. I once had a good friend that was a county detective assigned to child abuse cases. Our county wasn't big or very terrible to live in. It was mostly a safe place to live and raise a family. He did that job for just a few short years. He couldn't handle all the garbage he saw and had to deal with. He was a strong, good man and it all but destroyed him. It did destroy his marriage. Law enforcement was his life and calling and he walked away from it, moved out of state, remarried and never looked back. |

Maybe mom just got out of a drug program recently. Says she went looking for Harmony after she sobered up. Obviously couldn't find her, and then I assume is when she called the cops to report her missing? No idea. I'm speculating. Sounds reasonable to me. Maybe mom was in jail even until recently.
