Energy vampire and with everything you describe, quite strong. Clear your spaces with sage and renew the circle around your home, salt the thresholds and windows. Old school, I know. At work, utilize a sage and cedar spray. I forget who makes it, but I once had to move into an office previously used by toxic personality and using that regularly helped clear my mind and retain focus on the job.
If you can play music in your office space or use ear plugs, that may help you rebuff his attempts at connecting. Good luck. Stay strong.
