Omicron and SCOTUS vax mandate hearings tomorrow should be a good thing... How could they possibly rule mandatory vax when it doesn't work?

I see omicron as heaven sent. There's no way they rule this is legit or even warranted. If the vaxx worked then there could be a case but it obviously doesn't fuckin work at all. Quadruple vaxxed are getting, spreading, dying of COVID. Omicron has turned COVID into the cold...

If airborne ebola was circling the globe I would understand the necessity but a disease that kills .03ish of those infected, it's simply not warranted.

There's no rule for those who recovered, there's no religious exemption, mandating private business to keep track, test and record? This is doa at SCOTUS. If not, the system is severely fucked.
