Have some faith. I am still predicting they was uphold the STAY of the OSHA 100 employer mandate, on the narrow issue that OSHA didn't have the power to use the ETS (emergency temporary standard) in this particular way.

They will say they pass no judgment on the overall power of the feds, under some statute, somehow, to order vaxes for some people in some situation, even this situation. We rule only on the case before us, and the motion before us, on this extremely narrow issue of administrative law.

And it won't matter, because employers will do a mandate anyway, fed law "requiring" it or not.

That is my prediction.

So it will be a "victory" in a sense, that has no real relief to it, because your employer my employer is going to go ahead with a mandate anyway.
