They rule on the Constitutionality of a case. Are Constitutional rights being violated, or not? No i'm talking the attorneys, not one of them mentioned the vaccines are not working... wouldn't even bring it up there are literally millions of breakthrough cases How can you forcibly inject somebody with an experiment that has clearly by all definitions failed Merits would be heard by a lower court. What SCOTUS must address is whether or not the mandates are Constitutional. I believe they are not, but I don't get a vote on this matter. Yeah but the fact that the vaccines have failed is part of that being constitutional. How can you argue on Constitutional grounds if first you cannot prove its preventing disease? Safety and effectiveness are irrelevant. The right of any government to force an individual to voluntarily request that a stranger stab a needle deep into his muscle tissue and inject unknown foreign material for any purpose is the real question. There's a violation of bodily integrity, poisoning(defiling the body), pain and suffering, and humiliation of being branded. All of these are violations of the Constitution. These eight idiots should know better. I'm guessing that Clarence Thomas does. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78388974 Serbia 01/07/2022 02:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well, I can say certainly that the defense counsel knows how to lie through his teeth claiming most workers support the mandate. Quoting: The_Gardener If that's true, counsel, how about we take a vote on it? Even in some of the most liberal Federal agencies in the Government the mandates only have about 55% approval rating. Many Democrats do not support the mandates even thought they are vaccinated. |

That round after tearing a hole through your intruder is going to continue traveling through your home and 3 others. Not a wise move. Biden's OSHA lawyers got their proverbial lunch handed to them today. The ruling will come back against Biden by a 6-3 or 5-4 margin. Just watch. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79953117 United States 01/07/2022 03:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The question isn't should all Americans be Vaxxed. The question is, does the constitution give power to the president to create this mandate and does the constitution give power to a federal agency to act as enforcer of this mandate. It does not. This should go through congress, like any other law. They should vote No. Quoting: Slick Dickman I don't put much trust in a Supreme Court that ruled that it is legal to dismember unborn children or a Supreme Court that failed to even look at the evidence of the stolen 2020 U.S. Presidential election. |
