Brisbane is a great place to live. It is not like Auschwitz at all. Now that they have opened up the borders we have covid spreading like a wild fire. We are free to go to work, the beach and any where we like but if we get covid we need to isolate. The testing queues are a joke. We should ditch the testing and treat it how we treat the flu. What is a Curries?

Curries are people from the subcontinent, mainly India. Here are a couple of boots on the ground examples:

My friend from Peru was doing Uber eats on his bicycle for months based in the same spot by a tree and bench in Richmond. Then one day there are 6 Curries at his spot all doing Uber eats. They bullied him out of his spot with sheer numbers so he had to find somewhere else

There are about 6 pizza shops where i live, every single one has been taken over by Curries. Even the Italian pizzerias have them making pizzas..

OP - I live in the state, Brisbane is okay but I wouldn’t live there lots of sheeple, Sunshine Coast Hinterland is nice - though I am hours away from that, divine providence blessed us to be in our particular spot.

Brisbane has been segregated since the 80s when the Hong Kong chincs decided to make their own ghettoe called "Sunnybank".

It is mostly an ugly suburb, with lots of wannabe teenage gangster thugs and poseurs, most on welfare but pretending to be wealthy. The surrounding areas are not all that nice either.

Went back for a brief visit two years ago and was there fir a week.

When I returned to QLD after almost ten years resident in China's Southern Communist Province of Victoria, I spent two weeks in Brisbane.

It was a breath of fresh air. Strangers welcoming and engaging, almost nobody playing any form of COVID games, food cheap and good, public transport cheap and high quality, drivers seemed to have at least passed a diving test etc.

Oh, and only needing one set of single layer clothing per day: perfect.

Priorities I guess.
