Almost impossible to tell these days, I would have thought fake because most pedestrians I have seen getting hit by cars in videos tend to bounce off the windscreen and tumble around a few times but their body stays intact. But maybe he depends on the speed, I saw a guy get hit by a train and he bounced off the front of body intact and went flying, then he hit a pole and split in half.

Hold on. I agree with you. I happen to have a close relative who was the driver in an identical accident and she got 15 yrs. Honest! In fact I am wondering if this is a video of the actual accident.

She was only 28 at the time of the accident and has a young son who now has no mother for the rest of his childhood.
