HIPPA help on COVID

HIPAA doesn't apply. HIPAA is a federal law about how organizations that hold personal health information have to treat that information once they are in possession of it.

There is no provision that you can't be asked questions, or asked to submit documents that are health related, by an employer.

Once the employer asks the questions, or gets the documents from you, HIPAA may require them to hold them confidential, keep them in special files with limited access etc.

But HIPAA is not the basis to be able to say 'you can't ask me this'.

Americans with Disabilities or anti discriminatory acts are the only things that might apply. Get your Dr to say your allergic to an ingredient in the Vaccine.

I would go with informed consent, since they havent provided all details if what's in vaxx and fda hasn't approved or released all documents related to trial..also u have a religious exemption, dont let them tell u its not accepted...they disnt give u these rights and cant take them away...its btw u and the constitution, they arent part of the equation in any way...unhave a religious exemption cuz unsay so...they dont give u the right to be (presumably) Christian, and so they have no bearing on ur religious exemption
