Tried it for back pain...Seemed to work a little. Really messed with my head. Feeling of dread and death came with it. Not for me.

Not an expert, but I've experimented with at least eight strains.

Red strains relax me, and I combine it with cannabis before dental appointments.

Green, yellow/golden, and white strains more energetic, nice euphoria.

Assume it's like cannabis and how different strains affect different people. I.E. Some indica strains make me sleepy, others can give me restless sleep. Some sativa strains put me to sleep.

Dosage is very important too and depending on it, different effects. Some compare it to opium at high doses, but most I've done is 6 grams at once. I prefer between 2-3 grams regardless of the kratom strain. Nice, pleasant energy and a very nice, but brief euphoria.

Many years experience with experience with Kratom. Ive been to both extremes with it beingn an extreme blessing to a tormenting addiction. It cured the PTSD but then more was required to keep up the therapeutic effects. Kratom when taken properly (boil it for 10 min, careful because it can get too hot and bubble over - you really have to keep your eye on the boiling process. Anyway boil 7 to 10 grams then cool and drink it. Yea it tastes like horse piss but drink it down like a man and in 20 min you will feel depending on the source and strain (they're all different to some extent) you will feel like you just took a 10mg to 20mg oxytocin. So please use with EXTREME care. This is only for people who can control themselves otherwise kratom becomes a nightmare addiction with typical opiate withdrawls. Basically kratom is in more or less words legal lortab. Be cautious ⚠️!!!

Try Club 13 Bliss blend. Executive blend is really good too, but it's the white veins that are best for pain and getting off of big Pharma opiates. The red veins relax you and the green veins give you energy on top of the default properties from the alkaloids. Red vein Borneo is the best for pain

I've read that all the Borneo strains are really good for pain, meaning you use less.

Avoid green borneo, it causes too much nausea.

That shit has a detox worse than Heroin.

I advise to stay away from that unless you want a month long detox in the future.

I know from first hand experience. After the detox I never touched that shit again.

Don't take 20 your first time. I would start low around 6. Most kratom in pill form use same pill size.

Non addicting and I wake up after 6 hours of deep sleep. Wide awake. I normally get up before alarm.

I also take mang da strain for pain for severe back issues. Doesn't take the pain completely away but it helps a ton.

Not all kratom is equal. The cheap chinese shit will give you a stomach ache. The kind with the dragon on the front, stay away from it, cheap bong shop variety. The labratory kind that is professionally packed won't give you any trouble there. The powder is what I use, just mix with hot water. No addiction but you will get a tolerance. It helps with recovering from alcohol and pills extremely well. The white maeng da is my favorite, will put a moose to bed. I mostly use it for pain, works great if you get the right kind. I wouldn't operate heavy machinery on it though.

Well, in 6th grade middle school I came home with blood on my shirt from splitting some 8th grade bullys nose and his blood got on my white Tommy Hilfiger shirt. Was suspened but worth it

I just get whatever is on sale at Happy Hippo Kratom. All their shit is good.

Just dont take heavy every day and switch strains often to prevent dependency.

Kratom, while light years better than opiates, still hit the same receptors in your brain and can create withdrawals

Kratom leaves an awful brown stain on your carpet if you try to clean it up with water. DON'T DO THAT, SLAP THE CARPET UNTIL ITS JUST FINE DUST and then vacuum it

Oh bullshit. I have used it daily for years and take a few days off every month with ZERO issues. I use the white maeng da which is great for energy

You will have bigger withdrawals from caffeine

My theory is that everyone reacts differently to it, like alcohol, cannabis, sugar, what have you.

I've experimented with several strains and have found that most of them have a use.

I've gone without it with no withdrawal.

My tolerance has also gone down. 5 grams seem to what companies usually recommended but over time I've found a one gram capsule gives me what I am looking for.

Basically, I like it for stamina and strength.

The strain for energy, stamina and pain killing is Green Borneo.

Had a reoccurring cancer, first time years ago given Percocet and was pain free and able to get a good nights sleep which aided recovery and getting back on my feet. Then years later cancer in another spot, had operation, told by doctor to take Tylenol for pain, I was incredulous! When i complained doc said because of the opioid epidemic he was not able to give me anything?!

I used methadone not knowing how bad that shit was. That shit suuuuucked even more.

I fuck with kratom, but i respect the hell out of it and only use it when my metal plates act up. Usually after a really cold day and working a long time in the cold.

I've seen people go through it after using it only a few months and I've seen people go hard for 2 years then walk away like nothing.

Everybody is different. The key is to know how YOU respond to it and know your boundaries.

The mengda is the strongest. In like white or green mengda because it gives you energy. White being the more upper. Red makes you relaxed. Red is probably better for pain but not good if you have to work or go out. Long time user here. I say 2 table spoons of white for day time and red for night time

Kratom was a godsend when I had cancer, people who want it banned are fucking demons.
