SCOTUS ran out the clock on purpose. My employer threw down the gauntlet last Friday, hiding behind "ETS" as the reason to collect the data and "show my papers" or be fired.
When asked HR & Legal about the SCOTUS review they finally admitted they didn't care, it was company policy moving forward, period, regardless of the court's decision. Comply or be fired.
Oh, and I'm sure they now have their list of dissenters to target during next round of layoffs.
