What are the best Vegan foods for obtaining Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Creatine, DHA, Heme iron and Taurine?

Sorry, big pharma supplements don't count.

There's spirulina, chlorella, green tea, sea kelp, many others. Nano soma is my newest find.

I could ferment my own soy yogurt or milk yogurt but I like the convenience of buying that. I buy top quality greek sugar free yogurt and add what ever fruit i have on hand... I add a couple drops of stevia to my dish if I want it a tad more sweet.

Favorite greek is Fage... but I often buy Walmarts house brand in quarts...fat free because its $2 cheaper a quart... and works ok.. much better that say King Soopers (here in Denver) house brand.. MUCH MUCH BETTER in fact. just a little short of FAGE.

I like to add organic honey as sweetener.

Also, I make all of my own skincare products, specifically facial products diy. Good results !

Nice try, but WRONG.

Those essential nutrients I listed can only be obtained, and properly digested and absorbed, when taken from animal products.

Show me one single vegan, and their daily meals that use any of that garbage you listed. You won't.

Any vegan who knows anything has a cabinet full of big pharma supplements which they consume daily, because even the most deluded vegans know you cannot obtain Vitamin B12 on a plant based diet.

Our bodies used to produce b12
Unfortunately after many generations of consuming meat with absorbent amounts of b12.
Our bodies stopped producing it.

Back in the day a few rabbit turds would suffice..

Now we have chemists who can make a pill

I personally believe that it is Dairy NOT sugar. I know it is weird but try going dairy free, and I mean no milk fat, no cheese etc. Dairy is in everything.

To see the difference, it takes a bit, because the mucous and bovine proteins stick around. Here is a popular study......BUT If I was you, I would just try it, what is there to lose, except mucus producing dairy, which is not a big deal!

Wrong, you're lying. Factory Farmed animals are injected with supplements because of the 24/7 indoor conditions they live in. Natural, normal grass fed/free range animals do not have this problem.

Please share with us where you obtain, what is arguably, the most important nutrient for our bodies, Vitamin B12.

I can link dozens and dozens of studies showing the Vitamin B12 deficiency is rampant in vegetarians/vegans.

Now, tell us where you get your B12?

So what you have admitted here is that your diet, of which you claim is superior to others, requires you to take supplements, artificially created in a lab by big pharma, because your "superior diet" actually lacks those essential ingredients, requiring you to take synthetic one's instead.

LOL.

I have been around the Vegan community for long enough to know that you walking around calling yourself a vegan, then eating animal products would be greatly frowned upon. Hell, most vegans I know would attack you for doing that.

For whoever gave me red and accuses me of promoting the nwo agenda to send everyone soylent green, that's a lie. But if that agenda is ultimately enforced, don't you agree you would be better off knowing ahead of time how yo get your nutrients without relying on someone else to provide you food!?

Take the rose colored glasses off eggs are chicken periods if the eggs are not fertilized. All life is precious and equal no matter the species. One wonders why so much suffering in this world yet everyday 99.9% of the world population partake in the suffering abuse and murder of innocent beings for their own selfishnesses. Animals are a test of our moral compasses. No one was ever meant to eat another being. Satan normalized it to the point of yummmm bacon.
This world is cold and ignorant. Those who know know!

Animal sacrifice is wrong, period.

Especially when we are supposed to be herbivores.

It does take a higher intelligence to understand this though..
