What are the best Vegan foods for obtaining Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Creatine, DHA, Heme iron and Taurine?

Sorry, big pharma supplements don't count.

So what you have admitted here is that your diet, of which you claim is superior to others, requires you to take supplements, artificially created in a lab by big pharma, because your "superior diet" actually lacks those essential ingredients, requiring you to take synthetic one's instead.

You don't even know what a vegan really is.

I have been around the Vegan community for long enough to know that you walking around calling yourself a vegan, then eating animal products would be greatly frowned upon. Hell, most vegans I know would attack you for doing that.

Not me. You are free to eat whatever you would like to eat. I'm just here to call out the vegan misinformation and nonsense being spewed.
