All life is precious and equal no matter the species. One wonders why so much suffering in this world yet everyday 99.9% of the world population partake in the suffering abuse and murder of innocent beings for their own selfishnesses. Animals are a test of our moral compasses. No one was ever meant to eat another being. Satan normalized it to the point of yummmm bacon. Anonymous Coward User ID: 80720208 Canada 01/11/2022 01:14 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What are the best Vegan foods for obtaining Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Creatine, DHA, Heme iron and Taurine? Quoting: Truthgiver2244 Sorry, big pharma supplements don't count. There's spirulina, chlorella, green tea, sea kelp, many others. Nano soma is my newest find. Nice try, but WRONG. Those essential nutrients I listed can only be obtained, and properly digested and absorbed, when taken from animal products. Show me one single vegan, and their daily meals that use any of that garbage you listed. You won't. Any vegan who knows anything has a cabinet full of big pharma supplements which they consume daily, because even the most deluded vegans know you cannot obtain Vitamin B12 on a plant based diet. Unless you're eating organic, grass fed beef/meat, you're not getting much (or any) B12. Factory farming has destroyed anything of value that meat has to provide. Yes, I take a B12 supplement and have for 12 years, but most meat eaters would be doing themselves a favor by supplementing. B12 and D3 are the only things I need to supplement daily. Actually, I sometimes go a week without them and still feel fine aside from a barely noticeable lack of energy. I used to get sick three times a year: cold, flu, bronchitis. Gave up meat and dairy and have only had one 24 hour flu since 2008. 40 years old and I'm in better shape and health then when I was 19 doing military exercises and training (cardio isn't as good, but could easily get it back to where it was if I wanted). |

I buy top quality greek sugar free yogurt and add what ever fruit i have on hand... I add a couple drops of stevia to my dish if I want it a tad more sweet. MUCH MUCH BETTER in fact. just a little short of FAGE. I like to add organic honey as sweetener. Also, I make all of my own skincare products, specifically facial products diy. Good results ! It is a very dangerous way to eat for some people and especially after menopause because you become estrogen dominant and the copper in plants can drive anxiety and make you sick. Copper toxicity is real. Plant based causes it and most humans have evolved to require zinc for proper mental function... why many are “no longer vegan” (probably). If you eat plant based and have meat eating genes it’s crucial to supplement not just with b12 but with the nutrients we need for mental health like zinc since the plant based diet tears you down. Right now I eat meat and also take magtein(magnesium l-threonate), 50 mg zinc picolinate, p5p b6, primrose oil and some other stuff, too, since I really don’t have normal function anymore after so many years (about 30 beginning when I was a teen) of unhealthy vegetarian eating. |

I wonder what is the structural difference between our bodily needs. Some require meat, others don't. That's become very clear to me. I've been vegetarian for going on 15 years, am post menopausal and very healthy. I think what people need to understand, especially in America, that the amount of meat consumed and demanded is not only unnecessary, but unhealthy and contributing to the destruction of the environment. Not to mention the horrific situation of the animals. |

Most of the rations are not vegan and the vegan ones if any cost a lot with hardly any live food or vitamins. Raw Meal has practically everything in it. After that all you need is some rice and raw fruit type shake. Also I love making nice cream 1. Freeze bananas 2. Put in blender with soy milk and some stevia packets 3. You can add anything you want but if you just add banana, milk and stevia it taste like vanilla ice cream. Chocolate pudding 1. avocado 2. chocolate powder like Hersheys or some organic brand. 3. Maple syrup 3. Vanilla drops 4. a bit of vegan milk Blend and you have chocolate pudding. Jane with a doe. |

I bought some unfermented Cacao but it seems it's complicated and often come out dirty because nobody dries them at that stage... The peel/husk seems important to the flavor and it has more theobromine. Well, I was surprised at how chocolate it was Roasted and even unfermented. Well I just wish more of this was available... nobody sells dried whole unfermented Cacao raw... ships rare unless you have your own tree or fruit pods. That way I can learn how to sprout it. Imo Cacao doesn't really require fermentation.. but I guess it helps when your doing them in large batches? But if it's just you then I don't think it's necessary... I might be wrong.
