but here's something that I do make

6.5 oz beets
6.5 oz carrots
2.0 oz of red lentils
2.0 oz of green lentils
2.0 oz of chopped celery
2.0 oz of chopped asparagus


cook the beets, carrots, lentils
add the celery and asparagus raw
put it all in a magic-bullet / food ninja / blender
blend until smooth

use as a sauce instead of tomato sauce
