10day Vipassana — what footwear?

Never been on a retreat. Probably comfortable shoes which are easy on and off in case during meditation there's shoe removal. Bring plenty of nice and comfy socks.

You take your shoes off once you enter the meditation hall. Bring slippers.

I've done the 10 day vipassana retreat twice. It's like meditation boot camp. But sooo worth it.
The vegetarian food is great too.
Just dont share any trippy thoughts you are having.
My friend did it one time, and she told the teacher she was seeing visions. They isolated her because they thought she was having a psychotic episode.

You wear Uggs yoga pants and an oversized hoodie, you'll fit right on with all the other 20 year old white chicks. Make sure that you bring your IPhone so you can post your sessions on tictok.
