EU to hold large-scale cyber attack drill simulating a major attack on supply chains
The EU will soon stage a far-reaching cyber security exercise intended to prepare for an attack that affects the continent’s distribution networks.. EU members will begin the exercise sometime in the coming days and continue for six weeks

Intended as a “stress test” for the bloc, the simulated breach will largely target supply chains across Europe, and will see participants coordinate diplomatic and public responses to the attacks, as well as to “spillover socio-economic effects in other member states.”

They just need to spend a week on one of our islands during the winter, when the ferries that deliver everything, don't run due to bad weather. Or during the summer, when many were without electricity and water, whilst being devastated by wildfires.
