I appreciate the responses. Most of my undergrad degree had to do with philosophy. Civilized society is based off of giving up some of your rights in exchange for the peace and prosperity that established government offers.

The alternative to civilized society is the 'state of nature,' which Hobbs described as 'solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.'

However -- a necessary premise of government is that it is virtuous. When government no longer represents its people, we have an inherent right as individuals to overtake that government and install the necessary changes to make that government 'just' again.

We are back in that 'state of nature' right now because government is not fulfilling its responsibilities as it is has been charged to do by the citizens it represents.

Again. The sooner we realize that the 'laws' are just useless pieces of paper that mean nothing right now, the better off we will all be. No magical words on pieces of paper are going to make the tyrants back down. There is no formula, for example, that ensures employers, unions, municipalities, or governments will approve religious exemptions.

Either they are on board with the agenda and your request will be denied, like what is happening with hundreds of first responders in Boston RIGHT NOW, or, like my law school, they will approve everyone's exemption request. No one is paying attention to the law, even and especially most courts right now (it seems.)

I have a friend TODAY, THIS MORNING who attempted to get into the courtroom to submit an emergency injunction request. Security denied her entry because she was unvaccinated and didn't have a negative test in hand.

After many phone calls, she got a hold of someone who told her that there is NO POLICY that prevents her from entering, and someone came down to tell security to let her in. People are just making stuff up as they go right now. After the 15th, no doubt, they will impose ridiculous policies like this. Of course, there will no at-home tests available, and the free public testing services will have hours long waits. Unvaccinated lawyers who are going to be the legal front against vaccine tyranny are effectively going to be prohibited from litigating in courtrooms.

We are just seeing the tip of the iceberg of tyranny that's coming.
