The government in many jurisdictions is now denying unemployment benefits to those who were fired for refusing the jab and the courts are rigged so employers are let off the hook if they fire you over this bullshit. The government wants to force you to take this and will put you under duress to do it and will punish you for not taking it. Waiting to get fired doesn't do anything anymore. The government war gamed this all out and knew people like you would do this so they are prepared to screw you over like this.

If alternatives cheap alternatives work, why not be taking them before you take the jab, for whatever reason? ACV is alos a great blood thinner, if ir will disolve fatty parts in the blood it would also break up blood clots. The odds are quite high that the vax is cleaning the vessel walls and it is 'large chunks of fat' that are causing the angina in 'healthy people'. I work 100% remote and have never set foot on the worksite. My contracting firm sent an email about needed the clotshot or be tested weekly. This is one of the largest Agra companies in the US. I have skills that are extremely rare and not easy to find. It is unlikely they will find my replacement soon if at all. I know I should have waited until they fired me, but I hate the place anyways.

Should have made them fire you OP, and then sued them -- you are owed an religious accommodation. They may legally ask only such questions required to accommodate you. Your "accommodation" was to continue working as you have been - so the company cannot claim a cost. They would have let the matter drop..

You can't just sue half the companies out there and expect them all to still be solvent. there will be some type of blanket dismissal or live and let live type forgiveness - just wait and see.

Making a stand for your rights is the most important piece. If you are fiscally able to walk away and let them feel the pain - awesome! If not, take the firing and try and protect yourself, but I wouldn't ever expect a payday out of this mess. There are just too many involved.

Well Id love to stay until they fire me too but as a federal employee if I get fired I lose my vestment, so lets say I have 20k in my tsp and half of that is agency matching or maybe way over half, whatever is agency matching goes away when you get fired is what ive been told by benefits.
