Options OP:
1. Report them under the statute that was passed in the summer of 2021 saying that businesses cannot ask for vaccination status… this was worded a bit open, most imply it’s only for employees but I would say the law can be interpreted many ways…
2. In November 2021 another statute was passed forcing businesses to accept religious exemptions. So they MUST accept your exemption.
3. Right of refusal under EAU. I posted the link above, under EAU they MUST MUST MUST give you the right to refuse… it’s not a question…
The only reason these businesses are doing this is because the employees don’t know their own rights…
Stand up for yourself.
