Per the OSHA FAQ the testing mandate is not in effect until 2/9/22.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80569083 This is their policy. I already had said last week it wasn’t in effect and they said that their policy stands. Question method of testing due to simple fact that the prevailing testing used last couple of yrs has been kicked to the curb as of 12/31st. Kicked to the curb due to how the test was throwing insane % of false positives. So, what manner of testing are they requiring in light of this fact? That is a big part of the hypocrisy isn’t it? A flawed PCR test that started the whole “pandemic” and fear mongering is now regarded as antiquated. I will take the gloves off after the decision Thursday. There is EVERYTHING riding on this decision and our refusing to participate in this charade. The economy and supply chain are already on the brink.
