Report them under the statute that was passed in the summer of 2021 saying that businesses cannot ask for vaccination status… this was worded a bit open, most imply it’s only for employees but I would say the law can be interpreted many ways… 2. In November 2021 another statute was passed forcing businesses to accept religious exemptions. So they MUST accept your exemption. 3. Right of refusal under EAU. I posted the link above, under EAU they MUST MUST MUST give you the right to refuse… it’s not a question… The only reason these businesses are doing this is because the employees don’t know their own rights… Stand up for yourself. I’m on it, you are lighting a fire under my ass! Sick today anyways lol, going to cook some ribs and learn the law. Let’s all stick together on this! I will detail my ordeal until there is a resolution one way or the other. |

Obviously we have a strong leader as Governor who is supporting and protecting employees from vaccination damage. My HR department has been enforcing the OSHA mandate since last week which means I must provide a certified COVID test result each week at my expense to be able to work. I am a literal rock star with the owner and my team at this company for over 10 years. The customers that I have worked for have sent glowing emails and testimonials on my behalf. So basically I am being blacklisted now over refusing testing and threatened with “separation”. I caved in to testing last week as an out of town job had already been scheduled with per diem and paid hotel stay. Now I have a respiratory infection, wicked ear infection, and Laryngitis. Had to go to Urgent Care for drops snd antibiotics again at my expense and can’t be paid sick days because I’m not COVID tested this week! I have voiced my reasoning (including my wife’s heart condition) to avoid testing centers as obviously infected individuals are there putting us at risk. I tested negative and was perfectly healthy. 36 hours after testing I became sick with chest congestion and now full blown ear infection and Laryngitis. Coincidence? Hardly. Worked 77 hours last week while sick to complete the project and there has been ZERO empathy or care of my concerns, efforts, and now illness that THEIR policy has caused. Now I am threatened with termination. Just FYI, religious exemption can cover weekly testing as well. I would send that company a bill for reimbursement of rent and cleaning services. I’m working in their office? Then They should pay for their office space. Office space, internet (if needed for work), electric, water, and whatever else a workplace would provide. Some that have gone to mostly remote workers have been giving compensation. OP, I was tested a few times in 2020 and yes you can have complications. On my last test I have had issues with Vertigo. Never had vertigo before in my life, but for a while was having issues, 2x full blown vertigo and a few times where I could feel I might get it so started taking meds. My sinuses and ears had fluid. I know they went too far in one nostril, it hurt for weeks. Yes, too risky to test. I don’t trust the kits either. There is an agenda at play here involving money and nefarious policies and just like in War Games, safest move is not to play…… |

Tell them you’ll consider it when the new strain vaccine comes out in March. If you have high risk factors such as age over 50, overweight, diabetes, systemic disease, on more than four medication‘s, lung disease, you should seriously consider getting vaccinated because it will protect you from hospitalization and or death. Make sure your vitamin D levels are really good, and make sure you know the phone number for the nearest infusion center. Because remember once you were hospitalized you cannot receive the monoclonal antibodies.
