I’m not even sure a Florida company will be able to do ANYTHING regarding the osha mandate…
It is a fine, punishable up to 5k for each infraction.
YOU CANNOT ASK SOMEONE FOR THEIR VACCINE STATUS IN FLORIDA.
Just report the company, or post the company here and I will report them.

If your work story is not itself a fiction, this attitude might have more to do with the company's looking for excuses to dump you than any vax-covidian mania. If your occupation is important to you, whatever it be, it seems to me you should've had other prospects lined up at least a year ago because even a child could see that an already bad situation, with Sleepy Joe and Kameltoe in office, could only get worse with time! I never asked anyone for anything, I simply thanked anyone who chimed in with potential solutions. I have been considering and investigating options for quite some time. This OSHA mandate was previously shot down I had hoped it was DOA. I shared my story to validate what others are going through as well and hopefully anyone reading this thread will benefit from it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but the hate coming to this thread is really showing the divide right now. It’s situation is what it is, and my situation is not unique. I have posted maybe three threads in 10 years so please don’t paint me as someone looking for attention or trying to jerk around this community. Not sure what else I can say other than you’re way off base with your assumptions.
