Guys name is David Chick and heres a slightly better clip and a phone call with him by Tyrant Finder PAP was filming but he got arrested under PACE to stop him streaming [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Seriously? That's fked up... Yep, searched at around 28 mins: Section 1 of PACE, "for items involved in criminal damage". Sound like a pretty strong claim against the Met may be incoming.
