Why there is no good outcome for the OSHA vaccine mandate SCOTUS ruling ...
There is no good outcome because police power lies within the states and private companies can make their own rules.

So regardless of the outcome, the states will react to it and make their own laws regarding mandates or no mandates (mainly on a red/blue divide).
And regardless of the outcome, companies will make their own mandates or remove their mandates (mainly on a white collar/blue collar divide).

You may think this is a good outcome, but what it will really do is continue to divide the country and push it even closer to a hot conflict.

You may be thinking "bring it on, we need that", but do you realize what all of that really entails? If you think people are dying from the virus or the vax in huge numbers, you ain't seen nothing yet.

So pray to God that whatever SCOTUS rules (possibly as early as tomorrow), that His name will be praised in this nation -- that He will deliver us from evil.

So the economies of Blue States will collapse, while the red states thrive. Just as is happening now.

Unfortunately, it's more complicated than that ... did you see this thread from earlier today?

If the SCOTUS rules against the OSHA mandate, it's a huge win. Yes, states can try and pass something similar and will be taken to the SCOTUS, depending on the state. As for company policy, my wife was "voluntarily terminated" by a big pharma company that did not give her the options laid out by OSHA. The new policy set forth before Biden did anything was "get the shots by Nov 1st or get fired". No severance, no nothing". She got fired(BTW she's an expert in Compliance, top 2% in the company). My wife's company used this loophole to get rid of 1000s of employees without having to pay severance since they were going to restructure their entire workforce. The company saved(until they get sued) roughly $150,000,000+ by doing this.

If the SCOTUS acts how they appear to be headed, they will strike down the 100+ mandate which means that companies can still internally try to implement something. OSHA requires a "get shots or test", which means an "accommodation".

So, let's say companies implement a "vaccination" policy. They will lose a portion of their talent AND they will not be able to hire talent that won't submit. Other companies will key in on this and not implement a "vaccination" policy which means they will be able to hire incredible talent(such as my wife), pay higher wages, and be more successful.

And yes, we are moving to a state that won't allow "vaccination discrimination".
