[ link to twitter.com (secure)] SCOTUS releases only one opinion today on an arcane case, and doesn't address the vaccine mandates. Press waited for a while but nothing happened further. If this is all for the day, then I'm supremely disappointed. So many people's lives are in the balance. But SCOTUS is out of touch with working life. The question is: why the delay? So they can wait until the damage is irreversible, then dismiss it on laches. Same thing they did with the election cases.
