What is 'missing' from most people today? Do you feel any kinship with them or society?

All I sense anymore is a growing godlessness, and a vacuum where traditional human emotions and empathy once existed.

Are people becoming more mechanical and animalistic? I don't feel any happiness amongst them now..only a grieving and a desire to get away to a better world, or a time machine back to the early 80s.

I think for those of us old enough to have experienced the 70s and 80s, it's extra grievous to witness the disturbing changes that have taken place in peoples' hearts, and society at large.

I think 'The love of many will wax cold' is now in full swing..and I don't look forward to the process of it continuing to increase.

I must seek God in prayer..there is very little comfort in other humans, and modern society offers Nothing to those with still-functioning hearts and moral compass.

The Spirit of Sadness seeks to consume me. I wish God would pour out His Spirit on the masees, or else call his people home.

I always imagined living in the world depicted in 1984 would be more horrifying..but I find myself in today's world..living in Brave New World instead..and find it even more grievous than 'a boot stomping on a human face forever.'

Invasion of the Body Snatchers, folks. Where did all the true humans go? Can you feel it too?
