Nothing bad will happen, even if you use it.
I've researched this for a long time, and the fact is, the scare stories you hear about the boards are just that... Stories.
Urban legends, mainly promoted by Christians, to help vilify the competition. They don't work, aren't of the devil and do not harm anyone. At all.
They're also not a useful tool and are only a game, suitable for teen girls at sleepovers.
So, if that floats your boat, hang it on your wall. Nothing bad will happen because of it.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81613865 We used it , called out everything under the sun multiple times. Nothing moved, hovered or floated. No dimming lights or strange knocking noises. Just nothing. Its a freaking board game marketed to those interested in the occult by Parker Brothers. You know, the makers of such spooky games as Scrabble ? You guys are silly Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75971663 Now, that's what I'm talking about! I'm serious, we are living where parallel universes co-exists. So at the same time that I would have been right along with you, mocking others even 3 years ago, now I believe everyone is right: everyone has a valid experience and I firmly believe that with your attitude, you will never encounter their experiences. And for them, they have lived stuff that is impossible to believe, unless you've lived through it yourself. I've had some of this crazy stuff collide with my reality. So I am at a crossroads (for those who keep talking about portals, entry ways and doorways!) I think the hardest part is to realize that you are all right, and every experience is valid and I just don't know which way I'm going to swing, though I have an idea. A terribly fascinating thread, for darn sure. Thanks everyone, didn't expect so many replies. I only had 1 troll, too. Not bad! :)
