Killer drones needs to be deployed. Blood is inevitable.
This is carnage. Someone not getting their EpiPen could means death.
People doing this will resell the items and make money.
They are the dregs of the earth and don't deserve to live.

The price for their thievery really should be their lives; it is the only way to permanently end this problem. They won't work. They won't be educated. They contribute nothing to society.
