Yes, the older population are now getting the Omicron virus and they also have waning immunity from their vaccinations and require the third dose of vaccine to remain protected. This is what was predicted – Omicron was spread in the younger population to begin with and there was fear this would happen once it spread to the older population if third boosters hadn’t been administered in time. The third booster is really important for everyone, I have mine.'
