Two Earths.

Half of the people on Earth may move to a new dimension (but still remain on Earth). That way our two societies can still live in peace, but also together. We will be able to communicate to each other in each other's dimension through the internet.

I think this is what Disney's Marvel's Avenger's infinity war was always about. Half of the people moving to a new dimension to live while vaccinated, and half of the people living in the current dimension to live while not vaccinated. Then 5 years from now, the virus will be gone... no more mandates. and the two dimensions will merge.
