yes it's basically gonna go down to state level, remember this is still an early ruling it was just the other day, there are still people who don't know about it. Also it will take a little bit (not long) to take effect. And I guarantee you any job in Florida wanting the vax is screwed because now not only state will fine them, they have no federal backing. Any company doing that in Florida will be fined a 50 or 100k a day that won't accept religious exemption, immunity, or medical exemption.
