REGARDING BOSTON'S VACCINE MANDATE TO ENTER ESTABLISHMENTS At this link is a .pdf regarding how businesses must treat those who request medical or religious accommodations: [ link to www.boston.gov (secure)] (this will download a .pdf It states "If a customer in an age group covered by the order wishes to enter the indoor portion of your premises for more than a quick or limited purpose but states that they are unable to show proof of vaccination because of a disability or other reason related to civil rights law, you must engage with the person in a cooperative dialogue, or a good faith discussion, to see if there is a reasonable accommodation that would enable the customer to access your goods or services." PM me or bump this thread for more information.. Quoting: CavScout Your link says “permission denied” The way federal law works (supposed to work) is... -you simply inform the establishment you have a ‘medical condition’. You are not obligated to explain any further. -from there, they can choose to violate your rights, or not. -if they do not allow for your medical condition exemption, and refuse service/entry for that sole reason.... Then they are discriminating against you, and open themselves up to a lawsuit. Get it on camera, and sue these places.
