REGARDING BOSTON'S VACCINE MANDATE TO ENTER ESTABLISHMENTS At this link is a .pdf regarding how businesses must treat those who request medical or religious accommodations: [ link to www.boston.gov (secure)] (this will download a .pdf It states "If a customer in an age group covered by the order wishes to enter the indoor portion of your premises for more than a quick or limited purpose but states that they are unable to show proof of vaccination because of a disability or other reason related to civil rights law, you must engage with the person in a cooperative dialogue, or a good faith discussion, to see if there is a reasonable accommodation that would enable the customer to access your goods or services." PM me or bump this thread for more information.. Your link says “permission denied” The way federal law works (supposed to work) is... -you simply inform the establishment you have a ‘medical condition’. You are not obligated to explain any further. -from there, they can choose to violate your rights, or not. -if they do not allow for your medical condition exemption, and refuse service/entry for that sole reason.... Then they are discriminating against you, and open themselves up to a lawsuit. Get it on camera, and sue these places.
