Foreign Nationals are allowed to vote in the US? Seriously?
Quoting: Tess. they certainly do in California. all they have to do is go to the Latino churches and government funded Latino community centers to cast their vote. Not only that, in California, undocumented Latino guest residents are being elected to local government offices.
