Companies are well within their rights to mandate a jab. The ruling just says the government can’t mandate it as part of an OSHA regulation, and even then, the ruling only temporarily enjoins enforcement of the rule while the case continues to make its way through the courts.

A drug test is non-evasive. But let's just say they somehow harmed you with that test/process. Maybe a false positive and they leaked it out that you're a "junky."

That's a lawsuit. And a good one assuming you can prove it. Always has been under contract/labor law.

Now take a permanent medical intervention that is (effectively) worthless, has risks with unknown rates, and the people who made it denied you informed consent because they hid the AEs in their studies and cancelled the phase 3s?

Yeah.

Hopefully people understand why yesterday's ruling was so important. It wasn't so much about outcomes with the vacks as it is accountability for what these employers have done.

My point was that they're going to hurt themselves in the long run, yes people will have to quit jobs and find places to work that support their freedom. Let the marketplace sort it out, not to mention the bad PR and picketing that will take place.

Some of these big corporations are even requiring all contractors and sub contractors that work on or in their facilities to be vaccinated, I hope they end up with unfinished buildings and projects that no one will finish.

Yes, companies can do whatever they want. It is not mandated by the Government. Therefore, if they fire you; then you can bring a class action lawsuit against them...

Many companies will not enforce testing or the jab. Otherwise, many companies will be losing a lot of their workforce. It would cripple a company if 30% - 40% of the employees walked off their job...

The only companies and workplaces that are still mandatory are the ones receiving Government subsidies, such as the VA and other Hospitals...

All these Wall Street banks and financial companies are going to be working from home for a while. A lot will change. Just because Citi claims to have 99% vaccinated, doesn’t make it true. I know plenty of people who said no to vaxx and are still working at these types of jobs.

My company is requiring you be vaxxed to work in the office, which after being sent home 85% of the employees decided they don't want to do anyway. Also to wear a mask. I work from home so no vaxx but I do pay $25 pre-tax per 2 week paycheck as a unvaxxed surcharge. I'll gladly pay it.

So private companies can make you drug test even in states that have legalized weed but they can't make you take this so called vaccine?

A drug test is non-evasive. But let's just say they somehow harmed you with that test/process. Maybe a false positive and they leaked it out that you're a "junky."

That's a lawsuit. And a good one assuming you can prove it. Always has been under contract/labor law.

Now take a permanent medical intervention that is (effectively) worthless, has risks with unknown rates, and the people who made it denied you informed consent because they hid the AEs in their studies and cancelled the phase 3s?

Hopefully people understand why yesterday's ruling was so important. It wasn't so much about outcomes with the vacks as it is accountability for what these employers have done.

In an "at will" state in the US is under contract/labor laws. A passerby calling you a name is entirely different than an employer labeling you as such.
